Adjudicators To Date

Randy has been teaching for over 30 years. Randy is a sought after coach due to his experience and the results his students achieve whether it be competitive or social. Randy has won numerous awards for his competitive dancing, his studio (The Dancin' Feelin'), his choreography, his TV show, and his book. He is a member of the North American Teachers of Dance Association (NADTA). He has served both as an officer of Dance Teachers' Club of Boston (DTCB), the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (ISTD) and the National Dance Council of America (NDCA). Randy has served as Examiner for DTCB. His TV series “Dancing Disco” won an Emmy for outstanding instructional programming.
Randy is a fully certified championship level judge with the National Dance Council of America (NDCA) and is also a certified journeyman judge with the United Country Western Dance Council (UCWDC). Randy judges many ballroom competitions; collegiate, regional and nationally. He also judges UCWDC competitions and has judged the UCWDC World Championships (several times!). Randy teaches many workshops and seminars at UCWDC events and was a featured Instructor at the USA Dance Nationals. In addition to judging competitions he also is frequently seen as the Master of Ceremonies of many competitions throughout the United States. He is an Instructor for the University of Rhode Island Ballroom Dance Club and is Co- Head Coach of the Rhode Island College Ballroom Dance Club.
Christine Harvey was born in London, England. She started dancing at the early age of 6 and has been dancing ever since. During her dancing career she won many coveted titles and made many prestigious finals, such as the British, United Kingdom, International and European Ballroom and Latin Championships.
She is a Dual Licentiate of Ballroom and Latin with the ISTD and has been a member for 31 years. She served for 10 years as a Dance Board member for a national franchised studio organization.
Christine has been a resident of the United States for 20 years, coming first as a teacher, then owning successful franchised studios. Christine is a World Class Adjudicator and judges competitions all over the United States.
Heiko began his dancing career at the age of 12 competing in the German Dance Sport Federation. Throughout the 80’s he earned several German, European and World championship titles in Latin and Standard dancing. He represented Germany all over the world, including the US, Africa and China. He has studied dance with several prestigious coaches both in England and the United States. He is knowledgeable in all areas of dance including Argentine Tango, Salsa, Mambo, Tap, Irish Step, Hip Hop and Streetdance. In addition to his many personal dance accomplishments, Heiko is a successful coach and trainer including coaching a world champion Breakdance team in 2003 and several Hip Hop and Breakdance finalists in German and international championships. He is also licensed by several international organizations as an official adjudicator.
Bill Morganti

Bill Morganti has been teaching students and dance professionals in the Boston area and around the world since 1979. A former dance competitor and champion, Bill is a member of the US Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, the North American Dance Teachers Association, the United Kingdom Alliance of England, and is an adjudicator with the National Dance Teachers Council of America and the World Dance Council. Bill also is a National Examiner for Dance Vision International Dancers Association.
Bill has among his accomplishments the highest degrees, Fellows in American Style Smooth, Rhythm, International Style Latin, International Standard and Theater Arts. He also is considered to be a leading authority on Movement Theory, Analysis, and Laban Notation. Bill’s life time goal has been to increase and bring quality Ballroom dancing to Massachusetts and
the New England area.
Bill is currently co - owner and organizer of the Massachusetts Dancesport Challenge August 20, 2011 Melrose MA. and The U S Eastern Dancesport Championships February 17 –19 2012 Boston.
David Rosinski
David has been teaching for 25 years and with his former partner Michele Evans became:

- 1985 Fred Astaire National Theatrical Champion.
- 1986 Blackpool Exhibition Champion.
- Cherry Hill Theatrical Champion.

- Florida States Theatrical Champion.
- Texas Challenge Grand Champion.
- Ohio Star Ball Theatrical Champion.
- Boston Cup Champion.
- Yankee Classic Champion.
- Constitution State Champion and many more.
He appeared on Star Search in 1990, three times on PBS and has made numerous appearances in England, Germany, Holland, Canada, Poland and throughout the United States.
Kathy St. Jean
Kathy St Jean has been teaching for over 25 years. She is co-director of The Dancin' Feelin'. She has an extensive background in the performing arts (tap, jazz and ballet) and has a degree in dance. Kathy has competed professionally and has won numerous awards in both American and International categories. Kathy is a member of ISTD, NADTA, DTCB (with dual membership in ballroom and performing arts), DEA (performing arts) , USA Dance and the UCWDC. Kathy continues to compete Pro-Am in both the ballroom and in country. Her students consistently place at the top of their divisions (including winning world titles and top male student awards).To date Kathy's students have won 5 world titles!
Kathy is a fully certified championship ballroom judge registered with the National Dance Council of America and is a certified master level judge with the United Country Western Dance Council. She judges NCDA, Collegiate, UCWDC and USA Dance competitions (including UCWDC World Championships). She has served as Head American Style Coach for the MIT Ballroom Dance Team and Roger Williams University Ballroom Dance Club. Currently she is the Vice President of the UCWDC where she governs the world wide Judge Certification program.
John Swick (Chairman of Judges)
John Swick has been dancing and performing for over 40 years in many different styles. He has studied Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Flamenco, and Theatre as well as ballroom and Latin.
John has won over 8 National Championship dance titles, and has additionally trained 4 United States Champions. On the faculty of Oklahoma City University’s School of Dance, he is also certified as a National Championship Judge, Chairman of Judges, Scrutineer and National Examiner.
His professional organization memberships include: NDCA (national Dance Council of America), NADTA (North American Dance Teachers Association), DVIDA, International Dance Council, Actor’s Equity Association, Screen Actor’s Guild and the American Federation of Radio and Television Artists.
Master of Ceremonies
Douglas Banks

Douglas Banks is originally from London, England. Douglas started dancing when he was only 4 years old and has been dancing ever since. Douglas has been a finalist in numerous British and American competitions and owned a franchised & Independent studio and has been the MC for all Fred Astaire Regional Competitions. He is a member of The United Kingdom Alliance of Professional Teachers and frequently serves on judging panels all over the Northeast.
Music Director

Peter is an accomplished Music Director working throughout the US and Canada since 1984. He is a long time USA Dance (formerly USABDA) member who has served on the Governing Council, the US DanceSport Council, and as Vice President of the Mid-Eastern Chapter. He and his partner, Amy Cousins, are former US National Amateur Champions and US representatives to the World Amateur Championships. Since 1999, he has taught ballroom dancing and competed professionally with his partner and his students. He organized and has coached the University of Virginia Ballroom Dance Club for the past four years.
Scrutineer

Len Diana, from Hartford, CT, is active in outreach efforts to show the fun and benefits of ballroom dancing to the general public. Len, and his wife, Dawn have placed well in local, regional, and national competitions; dancing all four styles for 15+ years.
Len is an NDCA Certified Scrutineer and Registrar - scrutineer and competition set up/registrar for numerous Amateur, Collegiate, and Pro/Am competitions throughout the United States and a Certified Wheelchair Ballroom and Latin Dance Instructor. Memberships include USA Dance/USABDA, NDCA, and affiliated with American DanceWheels Foundation. He is a former Vice-President, Treasurer, and Newsletter Editor for the Connecticut Chapter of USABDA.
Outside of dancing, Len is a QSCA Certified Law Of Attraction coach- Personal Growth, Life, & Business Coach at An Infinite Abundance Of Wealth, Health, & Happiness (Self Employed) and Independent Distributor for Skinny Body Care.
