The Chapter's monthly dance, with a demonstration by the youth students of Rythm Art & Motion Studio/New Britain at the Glastonbury Riverfront Community Center (7:30 p.m. - Midnight).  Click here for more information.

Congratulations to Katharine Grace O'Neil, Lorena Lazo de la Vega, Joniva Aguirre, John Giannini and Elsi Orejuela, who were awarded USA Dance college scholarships during a presentation at the Chapter's monthly dance at the Glastonbury Community Center.   Click here for pictures and more information.

Congratulations to all the HealthNet Senior Stars Connecticut State-wide Dance Competition finalists.  The top three couples and formation teams were:

 

Couples

1st Place:   Richard Sanford & Joyce Kang

2nd Place:  Ernie Recato & Jo Duquette

3rd Place:   Herb & Reggie Barall

 

Formation Teams

1st Place:  Blossom Tappers

2d Place:   Denim & Diamond

3rd Place:  Twlight Tappers & Footlighters

 

Over fifty couples and formation teams competed statewide!

The Greater Hartford Chapter has received official approval from USA Dance National to host the 1st New England Fall Challenge competition in September!!  The competition is a USA Dance sanctioned event.
